Lake Lewisville has been fishing about as well as you could ask lately. The mornings have been starting out with the birds going crazy with mixed bags of sand bass and hybrids under them. Afterwards we are moving out a little deeper using slabs and live bait to coax the hybrids to eat. I think this year is going to be a banner year for us. The crappie just now started spawning also. Its been a long time coming but we are finally catching numbers of extremely large fish up shallow in some of the coves on the North end of the lake.
